We're hiring a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to fabricate and assemble metal components used in commercial carwash systems. **Key Responsibilities** + Weld steel and aluminum stock and machined parts using MIG and TIG methods + Perform welds at various angles and on materials with differing thicknesses (3/16" – 1/4") + Grind, polish, and finish materials to meet quality standards + Operate saws and other cutting equipment as needed + Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment **Required Skills and Experience** + Minimum 3 years of MIG welding experience (steel or aluminum) + Hands-on experience in a custom fabrication shop + Familiarity with multiple welding techniques and material types **Preferred Qualifications** + TIG welding experience + Ability to work with carbon sheet metal + Strong attention to detail and safety awareness **Why Work With Us** + Be part of a team in a company poised to double in size + Opportunities for cross-training in both welding and machining + Clean, quiet, and well-lit manufacturing floor + Collaborative team environment with growth plans from 15 to 25 staff by year-end **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $36.00/hr.
