**Welder** **$21-28/hr** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Welder, where you'll contribute your skills to the production of high-quality electrical and structural assemblies. You will work in a machine shop environment within our expansive manufacturing facilities, producing essential components for diverse applications. **Responsibilities** + Perform various fit-up, tack welding, and final welding operations on electrical and structural assemblies. + Utilize clamps, bolts, jigs, vice grips, welding fixtures, arc welders, spot welders, and cutting torches. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication. + Operate in compliance with safety standards and best practices. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in Mig and Tig welding, particularly with stainless steel and aluminum. + Ability to read blueprints. + 3-5 years of welding experience or an associate degree/certification in welding. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Welding certification for stainless steel, aluminum, and steel-in-flat - 3 G position (valid for Heli Arc, Tig, gas-shielded, and stick welding). + AWS Certification (preferred but not required). + Open to candidates with recent graduation from welding school. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match.
