Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Canton, OH. You will have the opportunity to work in a clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment with state-of-the-art facilities. The position offers competitive hourly wages for both first and third shifts, and you'll work a four-day work week, Monday through Thursday.

ResponsibilitiesPerform welding using primarily Mig techniques on structural steel to touch up welds.Fit and construct parts and frames.Read and interpret blueprints and weld prints.Utilize measurement, hand, and power tools effectively.Operate shop machines as required for fabrication and assembly tasks.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of experience in welding, particularly with Mig techniques.Proficient in blueprint reading.Strong knowledge of hand tools, measurement tools, and power tools.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a state-of-the-art facility with a new addition made in 2023. The environment is clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled, ensuring a safe workplace. With 135 employees in Canton, the company is poised for growth. Shifts offered include first, second, and third shifts from Monday to Thursday, as well as a weekend shift from Friday to Sunday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.79 - $23.04/hr.
