**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled ISO 3 D1.1 Steel Erector Welders for a warehouse construction project in Hanover, PA. This role involves erecting and welding steel structures for commercial construction projects. Candidates will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and drawings to accurately plan and execute welding tasks, applying strong welding techniques to join and repair metal components, and operating welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Erect and weld steel structures for commercial construction projects. + Interpret blueprints and drawings to accurately plan and execute welding tasks. + Apply strong welding techniques to join and repair metal components. + Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in various welding techniques (Stick, MIG, TIG, etc.). + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and drawings. + Familiarity with metal properties and how they react to heat. + Strong understanding of welding safety standards and procedures, including using proper PPE. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to use and maintain welding equipment. + Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. + Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and work in various positions. + Attention to detail and precision in welding tasks. + Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot on the job. **Work Environment** Work will be conducted at the Data Center VA15, involving physical tasks such as handling heavy materials and working in various positions.
