**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced welder to join our team. The role involves Mig welding metal stoves using steel or cast iron. You will be trained to meet exact specifications and will work from blueprints and standard work procedures. This position requires standing for the entire shift and lifting up to 50 pounds. Attention to detail and the ability to produce at a specific rate are crucial. **Responsibilities** + Perform Mig welding on metal stoves using steel or cast iron. + Follow blueprints and standard work procedures. + Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality welding work. + Stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. + Meet production rates and quality standards. **Essential Skills** + At least one year of welding experience or completion of a trade school program. + Proficiency in Mig welding and reading blueprints. + Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills. + Comfortable with production welding environments. **Pay/Shift** $23 1st shift- 4 day work week! 6:00am-4:30pm **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
