Seeking Welders!

Join our team, a leading manufacturer that specializes in air and gas compression and conditioning packages for clients across the U.S. and abroad! We’re looking for a Welder/Fabricator who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Location: Henderson, CO

Shift: 5AM-3:30PM Mon-Fri

Pay: $25-27/hr (based on experience)

Top Skills We’re Looking For:

MIG Welding (3–5 years of experience required)Plate welding and fabricationBlueprint reading and fabrication from printsExperience with Flux Core weldingFamiliarity with ASME Standards (a plus)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Stainless steel weldingStructural fitting and assemblySheet metal workGrinding, layout, and touch-up paintingTube bending and conduit experience (big plus!)Use of hand tools, tape measures, and threading pipe

What You’ll Do:

Weld and fabricate components to specRead and interpret blueprints and piping diagramsOperate hand tools and perform layout and prep workGrind, paint, and assemble parts as neededMaintain a strong commitment to safety and quality

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
