This position involves flux core and MIG welding, providing the opportunity to work with a wide variety of steel products in fabrication. **Responsibilities** + Perform welding tasks on steel products using flux core, MIG, and solid wire techniques. + Ensure quality in flat and vertical welding operations. + Participate in fabrication processes without the requirement for layout work. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of welding experience. + 6 months of flux core welding experience. + 6 months of MIG welding experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic welding skills across various techniques. + No specific qualifications required. **Why Work Here?** Join a small shop with a laid-back culture, where there is very little turnover and an excellent opportunity for long-term growth. **Work Environment** Work in a small fabrication shop with an industrial environment equipped with machines.
