**Seeking Welders!** Join our team, a leading manufacturer that specializes in air and gas compression and conditioning packages for clients across the U.S. and abroad! We’re looking for a **Welder/Fabricator** who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. **Location:** Henderson, CO **Shift:** 5AM-3:30PM Mon-Fri **Pay:** $25-27/hr _(based on experience)_ **Top Skills We’re Looking For:** + MIG Welding (3–5 years of experience required) + Plate welding and fabrication + Blueprint reading and fabrication from prints + Experience with Flux Core welding + Familiarity with ASME Standards (a plus) **Nice-to-Have Skills:** + Stainless steel welding + Structural fitting and assembly + Sheet metal work + Grinding, layout, and touch-up painting + Tube bending and conduit experience (big plus!) + Use of hand tools, tape measures, and threading pipe **What You’ll Do:** + Weld and fabricate components to spec + Read and interpret blueprints and piping diagrams + Operate hand tools and perform layout and prep work + Grind, paint, and assemble parts as needed + Maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
