**Welder/Fitter – 1st & 3rd Shift | $23–$28/hr | Canton, OH** We’re hiring experiencedWelder/Fittersfor 1st and 3rd shift positions in Canton, OH. You’ll perform MIG welding and fitting on structural or stainless steel, using blueprints to fabricate parts with precision. Shifts Available: + 1st Shift:Mon–Fri, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM + 3rd Shift:Sun–Thurs, 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM Pay:$23–$28/hr (based on interview and weld test) What You’ll Do: + MIG weld and fit structural/stainless steel + Read blueprints and fabricate parts + Perform vertical and horizontal welds + Use overhead cranes and hand tools + Grind, prep, and cut parts to size + Assist with shop cleaning as needed What You Need: + 2+ years of MIG welding and fitting experience + Ability to read blueprints and tape measure + Experience with cranes, tow motors, and hand tools + Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.75 - $25.50/hr.
