**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring motivated **Welder Laborers** for projects located in the **Mills, WY area** . This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is up to **$28/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside the best Craft Professionals in the industry, this is your chance to further your career! **Job Scope:** + Perform MIG Pulse and Flux Pulse welding with a focus on precision and quality + Interpret blueprints to execute welding projects accurately + Utilize .052 FCAW and GMAW in various welding positions, ensuring compliance with shielding gas and wire specifications + Operate Lincoln Power Waves, Miller Dimension 651 power sources, and wire feeders within preset parameters + Perform air carbon arc gouging when needed + Stack welds correctly for equal legged fillet welds and ensure weld profiles meet standards + Maintain a high standard of workmanship, free from cold roll, porosity, overlap, and undercut + Complete practice session before the weld test, with a maximum tolerance of 1/8 inch outside the weld zone + Other tasks as assigned **Requirements:** + Proficient in MIG Pulse and Flux Pulse welding + Strong blueprint reading skills + Skilled in .052 FCAW in 3G or vertical position (using 100% CO2 shielding gas and 1% nickel filler wire) + Skilled in .052 GMAW in 1G, 2G, flat, and horizontal positions (using 85/15 shielding gas and Lincoln ER70S-6 wire) + Proficient in air carbon arc gouging with .025 diameter carbon rod + Basic knowledge of Lincoln Power Waves, Miller Dimension 651 power sources, and wire feeders + Ability to stack welds for equal legged fillet welds with acceptable profiles + Knowledge of welding parameters to avoid defects such as cold roll, overlap, porosity, and undercut + Familiarity with S-500 Power Wave machines (adjustable within specified parameters) + Adherence to welding standards to ensure high-quality welds **Requirements** + Must pass drug screen + Must pass weld test **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
