**Welders Needed in Ashland City, TN 2nd Shift $21.30/hr!** **Job Description** As a welder, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing the final product. Your primary responsibilities include reading blueprints, measuring materials, and completing flux core welds. This position requires you to be on your feet for the entire shift and involves moving throughout the plant as necessary. **Responsibilities** + Weld material accurately and efficiently. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Measure materials precisely before welding. + Assist in maintaining a smooth workflow by moving materials throughout the plant. **Essential Skills** + Experience with Flux core, Mig, and Tig welding techniques. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Proficiency in using fabrication tools and equipment. + Experience with welding materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and structural steel. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 3-6 months of previous welding experience. + Ability to pass a weld test (1-5F) during the interview process. + Completion of a two-week on-site weld school if offered. + Strong measuring skills. **Why Work Here?** Once you become a permanent employee, you will be eligible for a profit bonus every quarter based on hours worked. Safety is a priority, requiring steel-toed ankle-high leather boots, no piercings, no contact lenses due to welding smoke, and long sleeves and pants. The shifts are structured as follows: 1st shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, and 2nd shift operates Monday through Friday from 3:15 pm to 12:45 am. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.30 - $21.30/hr.
