Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders to join our dynamic welding team. Our company specializes in manufacturing and marketing auto parts, including mufflers, silencers, exhaust tubes, thermal management tubing, and hydraulic and lubrication assemblies.

ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel materials.Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.Prepare materials before welding and ensure the quality and strength of welds.Work comfortably in various welding positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead.Adhere to OSHA regulations and other safety standards related to welding.Minimize distortion or warping through appropriate techniques.Operate and maintain welding machines and tools efficiently.Essential SkillsProficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.Experience with stainless steel and mild steel materials.Blueprint reading skills.Ability to pass a math test involving simple arithmetic and measurement identification.Ability to pass MIG/TIG weld test.Possession of a personal welding helmet and gloves.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in fabrication and grinding.Familiarity with various welding machines and tools.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our work environment features a large and clean 256,000 square-foot warehouse that prioritizes safety. Welders are provided their own booths equipped with a snorkel system to vacuum welding debris. Although all PPE is provided, candidates must bring their own welding helmets and gloves. Our company operates on two shifts, with a 10% differential for the second shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
