Job Description
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a MIG Welder, where you will set up and operate MIG welding equipment to create a variety of products. With a mix of batch and production welding, you will work on ever-changing projects in a job shop environment while handling repeat business. You will follow work orders and blueprints, utilize welding symbols, perform quality checks, grind welds, and ensure open communication throughout the process.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate MIG welding equipment.Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.Follow work orders to MIG weld products.Perform quality checks and grind welds as needed.Maintain open communication throughout the welding process.Essential Skills1 year of prior MIG welding experience.Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting welding symbols.Ability to read and use a tape measure.Physical capability to twist, bend, crouch, and stand for the duration of the shift.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a job shop environment.Strong communication skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a very open manufacturing facility consisting of two separate buildings. One building is dedicated to repeat business, while the other focuses on project-based work. Enjoy a setting that encourages collaboration and efficiency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Courtland, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
