**Welder/ Fabricator** **Paying $20 / HR to $23 / HR** **Location: Walla Walla, WA** We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our high-paced production team on a swing shift, which operates four days a week with a 15% shift differential. You will be responsible for fabricating stainless steel equipment used in food processing by reading blueprints and welding assemblies with precision and care. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble and weld stainless steel parts using MIG, TIG, and TIP/TIG techniques. + Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. + Use fixtures, templates, and guides to ensure accurate fabrication. + Operate gas torches, plasma cutters, overhead cranes, and pneumatic tools. + Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. **Qualifications:** + Skills in all forms of GMAW welding. + Your competence in reading and fully understanding manufacturing drawings. + The ability to work with minimum supervision. + Your ability to contribute to the team’s performance. + Your confidence with measurements, tolerances, and both imperial measurement and metric system. **Environment / Shift:** + Manufacturing environment, inside a temp controlled environment. + Swing Shift (4-Day Work Week + 15% Shift Pay) Monday – Thursday 3:45pm – 2:25am. **Employee Value Proposition:** + Fulltime long term permanent placement with room for growth and no layoffs foreseen anytime soon.
