**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** Join our team as a Welder, where you will engage in welding agricultural equipment such as harvesters, planters, and attachments using jigs and fixtures. You will be required to change over fixtures and jigs between product runs and primarily perform MIG welding. **Responsibilities** + Weld agricultural equipment including harvesters, planters, and attachments. + Use jigs and fixtures to assist in the welding process. + Change over fixtures and jigs between product runs. + Perform MIG welding tasks. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper welding order and accuracy. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in welding techniques, specifically MIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience in fabrication and manual machining. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong layout skills and attention to detail. + Experience with repetitive welding tasks in a production environment. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% covered medical insurance. Initially slated to run from April to August, there is potential for long-term employment based on performance.
