Job Description
We are seeking a skilled welder to perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and laser welding on a variety of metal components. This role demands a deep understanding of welding processes, technical drawings, and precision fabrication methods to ensure consistent product quality while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate will work independently with minimal supervision and may assist others.
ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG, TIG, and laser welding across various metals and thicknesses.Execute flat, vertical, and overhead welds with precision.Read and interpret complex blueprints and weld symbols.Maintain and operate laser welding equipment safely.Ensure product quality by adhering to tight tolerances.Assist others in welding tasks as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in MIG, TIG, and laser welding techniques.Ability to perform flat, vertical, and overhead welds.Skill in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and weld symbols.Familiarity with laser welding equipment and safety practices.Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.Excellent attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood verbal and written communication skills.Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.Experience working in physically demanding environments.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a smaller shop where machines are built through welding components. The environment is laid-back and blue collar, allowing for a relaxed yet productive atmosphere.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
