Job Description

We are seeking skilled Welders with experience in tank fabrication for an exciting opportunity. This role primarily involves 75% Flux Core Welding and 25% Stick Welding using 7024 and 7018. Having tank fabrication experience can lead to increased earning potential.

ResponsibilitiesPerform 75% Flux Core Welding and 25% Stick Welding with 7024 and 7018.Engage in steel fabrication and structure welding.Occasionally perform MIG welding.Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication projects.Essential SkillsProficiency in Stick and Flux Core Welding.Ability to perform steel welding and structure fabrication.Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in tank fabrication is a significant advantage.Capability to pass a two-part weld test: 3 T joints (7018, 7024, Flux Core) and using an acetylene torch for pipe cutting and welding.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role operates in an industrial, open-air environment that is non-climate controlled. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with overtime available once permanent, guaranteeing 40 hours each week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
