**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** As a Welder, you will be responsible for following simple drawings and blueprints to set up and operate MIG welding machines. You will be required to make necessary adjustments to the machine and wire feed as needed. The primary focus will be on welding mild steel ranging from 16 gauge to 10 gauge. **Responsibilities** + Perform assembly and tack welds for repetitive jobs. + Execute finish welds and tack welded assemblies. + Work primarily in down and/or vertical positions. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Certified MIG welder with experience in welding mild and stainless steel. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with 3G, 4G, and 5G welding positions. **Why Work Here?** We offer great union benefits, including a comprehensive health plan and a structured vacation and PTO policy.
