**Job Description**
Join a family-owned business in Texas specializing in custom electrical enclosure solutions with over 50 years of experience. We serve diverse industries including Material Handling Systems, OEM, Building Automation Systems, and Distribution.
**Responsibilities**
+ Polish, grind, and deburr finished products.
+ Assist with welding using Mig/Tig on stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, and possibly aluminum.
+ Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production and general labor.
+ Proficiency in Mig and Tig welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
+ Strong attention to detail in polishing, grinding, and deburring.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in a fabrication environment is advantageous.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.

**Work Environment**
This position operates in a non-climate-controlled environment. The first shift runs from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garland, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
