MIG Welder

Responsibilities:

Welding Operations: Perform MIG welding on various metal components, ensuring strong and precise welds.Blueprint Reading: Interpret and follow blueprints and technical drawings to meet project specifications.Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications.Equipment Maintenance: Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Essential Skills:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in MIG welding.Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of welding techniques and metal properties.Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Quality Focus: Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in a welding environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; welding certifications preferred.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address welding challenges.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and support colleagues.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.

Job Type & Location: This is a full-time position based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
