Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our team. This role involves welding, grinding of welds, and the fabrication of truck bodies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG welding and possess a strong understanding of blueprints and fabrication techniques.

ResponsibilitiesPerform welding tasks with precision and accuracy.Grind welds to ensure a smooth finish.Fabricate truck bodies according to specifications.Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for welding and fabrication purposes.Essential SkillsProficiency in MIG welding and fabrication.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with welding and grinding techniques.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in reading a tape measure.Comfortable using overhead lifting devices.Ability to perform basic math functions.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is a large, open factory with dim lighting due to numerous welding stations. Large overhead cranes are located throughout the building to assist with heavy lifting. Each welding station is spacious to accommodate grinding activities post-welding. The facility is well-ventilated to ensure a comfortable working atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
