**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** As a Welder, you will work in a fabrication shop, specializing in welding materials with precision and skill. You will utilize your expertise in fabrication, MIG welding, and stainless steel to meet project specifications. **Responsibilities** + Perform welding tasks on various materials in a fabrication shop environment. + Utilize MIG welding techniques to ensure strong and durable welds. + Work with stainless steel and other metals to fabricate components according to project requirements. + Interpret and work from blueprints to execute welding projects accurately. + Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate project needs. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding techniques. + Ability to work with stainless steel and other metals. + Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Strong listening and communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of fabrication processes. + Attention to detail and precision in welding. **Work Environment** The work environment is a fabrication shop where you will be surrounded by various metals and materials. You will be expected to wear appropriate safety gear and adhere to safety protocols while working in a hands-on, collaborative setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pell City, Alabama. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
