**Job Title: Welder (We also have a number of lower level positions available)** **Job Description** We are seeking MIG welders for our production operation, focusing on creating specialist products primarily for the agriculture industry and exercise equipment, including treadmills. This is a production welding role that isn't super fast-paced, allowing for quality workmanship. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding tasks according to production requirements. + Fabricate and weld various specialist products in the agriculture and exercise equipment industries. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding and fabrication. + Maintain a high level of workmanship quality in a production environment. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience as a MIG welder. + Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience in production welding. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Welding certification is preferred. + Experience in the agriculture industry or exercise equipment manufacturing is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer a collaborative work environment where quality is prioritized over speed. Shift hours are from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays as overtime days and currently working on Saturdays as well. Employees must be open to working six days a week. A basic MIG weld test is required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NEWTON, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
