Job Description
We are seeking skilled TIG Welders for openings on the 1st shift. The role involves completing the welding of prefabricated assemblies, setting up welding machines independently for any process or material thickness, and operating a variety of fabrication equipment. You will be tasked with fabricating and welding complex assemblies from blueprints.
ResponsibilitiesComplete welding of prefabricated assemblies.Set up welding machines unassisted for any process or material thickness.Operate a variety of fabrication equipment including plate roller, saw, pipe roller, and drill press.Fabricate and weld complex assemblies from a blueprint.Read and interpret blueprints.Essential SkillsProficiency in TIG welding with over 3 years of welding experience.Expertise in GTAW processes.Ability to work with aluminum and stainless steel.Blueprint reading and interpretation.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with stainless steel and/or aluminum weldingKnowledgeable in operating other fabrication equipment.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
