**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled welders to join our team for the second shift from 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. This role involves Mig welding, where you will be required to perform flat, uphill, and downhill welds. No resume is needed; candidates will undergo a weld test and a short interview process. **Responsibilities** + Perform Mig welding in various positions including flat, uphill, and downhill. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding procedures. + Complete weld tests as scheduled during weekdays. + Collaborate with the welding foreman to adjust test times as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in Mig welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with flux core welding. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Entry-level candidates welcome with a technical degree and 6 months + On the job experience. + Skilled welders may receive competitive pay based on experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that offers full benefits and values each employee as an individual rather than just a number.
