**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Flat Welders** for projects located in the **Oregon City, OR area** . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is **$28-40/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career! **Job Scope:** + Perform TIG and MIG welding on various materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, aluminum, and others + Utilize your layout experience to ensure proper measurements, angles, and assembly before welding, ensuring accuracy and quality + Work with specialized welding processes, including Submerged Arc and Robotic Welding, for precise and high-quality output + Weld large objects & components using appropriate techniques and equipment + Safely operate a hoist to move large parts + Other tasks as assigned **Requirements** + Layout experience + Experience with welding various alloys including; carbon steel, stainless alloys, nickel alloys, aluminum, titanium, zirconium, and molybdenum + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Must have full PPE + Must be able to pass a weld test + Must have 4G and 3G WABO + Must have a boom lift certification + Minimum of 2+ years of experience **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
