**Job Title: Welder** **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding in flat and horizontal positions + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding and fabrication + Operate grinders to prepare surfaces for welding + Utilize cranes and forklifts to move materials and equipment safely + Collaborate with team members on group welding projects + Maintain a clean and safe work environment **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of MIG welding experience + 2+ years of blueprint reading experience + 2+ years of grinding experience + Proficiency in operating grinders, cranes, and forklifts + Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols **Why Work Here?** Our company offers 0 contribution benefits, with the company covering deductibles.
