Join our client, a growing manufacturer that specializes in stamped, fabricated, finished, wired, and fully assembled metal components for select industry partners. If you’re experienced, safety-minded, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:As a Welder, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality metal components by:Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documentsTaking precise measurements to plan layouts and welding proceduresSelecting the appropriate welding equipment and methods (TIG, MMA, etc.)Setting up and aligning components using calipers, rulers, squares, and clampsPreparing materials using angle grinders and other hand toolsWelding components in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead)Repairing machinery and components by welding and filling gapsTesting and inspecting welded surfaces and structures to identify defectsMaintaining welding equipment to ensure safety and performance standards are metFollowing all safety guidelines and wearing required protective equipment  Qualifications and Requirements:5+ years of welding experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or machining environmentDemonstrated experience with TIG, MMA, and other welding processes, upon interview a weld test will be conductedStrong knowledge of metal types and their propertiesSkilled in using both manual and electrical toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExcellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordinationUnderstanding of welding safety standards and best practicesProficient in English (verbal and written)High School diploma or Equivalent or trade completionAWS Welding Certification Preferred (Not Required, but a Plus!)CWI or CRAWL Certification (major plus!)Benefits and Perks:Eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision insuranceWeekly pay periods401k matching up to 5% Your New Organization: Our client is a premier metal assembly manufacturer serving both commercial and defense industries, with two advanced facilities totaling 240,000 sq. ft. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
