Job Description
As a Welder and Fitter, you will be responsible for welding components used in buildings and construction areas. You will perform Flux Core .045 and MIG welding, following blueprints and utilizing quality tools. You will work closely with architects to ensure all specifications are met, and you will receive training from experienced workers in heavy steel welding.
Responsibilities
Perform Flux Core .045 and MIG welding on construction components.Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding specifications.Collaborate with architects to understand and implement feedback.Engage in heavy steel welding tasks.Utilize quality tools and techniques to ensure high standards in welding.Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in Flux Core or MIG welding.3+ years of experience in structural steel welding.Proficiency in reading blueprints.Experience with structural steel, Tig, and stainless steel.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
Work in a smaller, clean facility with a choice of shifts: 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
