**Job Title: Welder** Job Description Join a dynamic job shop environment where you will be responsible for creating custom products by producing 10-50 parts per order before moving onto new projects. This role involves a variety of welding tasks primarily focusing on Tig welding, but also includes some Mig welding. You will work in various positions, including flat, vertical, and overhead, to weld mostly aluminum, along with some stainless steel and carbon steel parts. Your tasks will also include assembling, drilling, tapping holes, and conducting quality inspections. You will be working from blueprints and layout specifications to create complete units or subunits using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools. Responsibilities + Perform welding tasks 75% of the time, focusing on Tig and Mig welding techniques. + Assemble products and conduct quality inspections. + Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units or subunits. + Read blueprints and specific welding prints to guide production. + Assist the team in assembly and drill/tap holes. Essential Skills + Experience with Mig, Tig, Stick, and Flux welding. + Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding prints/symbols. + Proficiency in assisting with the assembly of products. + Strong measuring skills, including reading rulers and tape measures. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with saw cutting is a plus. Why Work Here?
