**Join Our Team at Dollar Tree Distribution Center!** **Schedule:** **Friday – Sunday** | **5:30 AM – 6:00 PM** (Three 12-hour shifts) **Starting Pay:** **$16.50/hour + $1.50 shift differential = $18.00/hour starting pay!** We are currently hiring for **Warehouse/Distribution Center Associate** positions for current and future openings. We are looking for reliable team players with a strong track record in retail distribution who thrive in a fast-paced environment. **General Summary:** As a Warehouse/Distribution Center Associate, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, moving merchandise between areas, and using conveyors or powered lift equipment throughout the distribution center. **Essential Job Functions:** + Load and unload merchandise from trailers + Verify and audit merchandise, using remote data terminals to ensure accuracy and condition + Identify, label, separate, and palletize merchandise for relocation within the facility + Operate powered lift equipment to move and store product + Replenish pick areas based on system-directed instructions + Fill merchandise orders by selecting items and moving them to the appropriate staging area + Load merchandise onto trailers, scanning non-conveyable or diverted items as required + Ensure merchandise is accurately shipped and undamaged + Perform general housekeeping duties + Complete varied tasks based on department assignment (which may change based on operational needs) **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent required + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs + Flexibility to adapt to changing duties and departmental needs + Previous warehouse experience preferred _Note: Job duties may vary slightly depending on distribution center and store type.
