**Job Title: Weekend Shift - Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Worker, specializing in sign production, where you will work Friday through Sunday from 6am to 7pm. You will be responsible for various production processes, including product selection, packaging, assembly, finishing, and shipping. **Responsibilities** + Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images on a predetermined substrate or medium. + Prepare substrates for vinyl application, which may include cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning. + Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images using appropriate techniques based on size, type of vinyl, and complexity of images. + Operate and maintain printers to ensure efficient production. + Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting Work Orders and proofing for errors or unacceptable standards. + Perform finishing operations such as laminating and mounting printed pieces. + Report inventory levels and identify stock that needs to be reordered. + Clean and maintain storage areas to ensure an organized workspace. + Work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality. **Essential Skills** + Production + Assembly + General production + Inspection + Hand tool usage + General labor + Machine operation + Loading + Tape measure proficiency **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to stand for long periods of time. + Ability to lift 50 or more pounds. + Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back-and-forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics. + Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work. + Ability to use light power equipment. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive pay, paid vacation and holidays, annual bonus opportunities, and ongoing training opportunities to support your professional growth. **Work Environment** Enjoy working in a climate-controlled, well-lit production setting that ensures a comfortable and safe environment for all team members. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
