**Seeking Weekend Shift Production Technicians in Hudson, WI** **$28.75/hr** **Can Listen to Music While You Work** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Technician working in a light cleanroom environment. You will have the opportunity to operate and troubleshoot complex laser machines, specifically the 'Flex' machine, which is critical in creating multi-layered testing kits used across various industries. **Responsibilities** + Operate the 'Flex' laser machine to cut and stack films for testing kits. + Load rolls of plastic film weighing 40-50lbs onto the machine. + Ensure precise alignment of 13 film layers using robotic arms. + Utilize two computer monitors to manage machine settings and the Vision System. + Identify and troubleshoot any operational issues independently before consulting maintenance. + Maintain high attention to detail to ensure product quality. **Essential Skills** + Experience with machine operation and troubleshooting. + Proficiency with Vision System technology. + Ability to work independently and solve problems. + Strong attention to detail. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy excellent benefits effective upon hire, including 401k matching at 6% with immediate vesting, tuition reimbursement, and eligibility for profit sharing bonuses.
