Growth Opportunity Great pay **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Press Operators/Machine Operators to join our weekend shift team. The role involves operating press machines and requires a focus on quality and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have experience in direct printing, although it is not a requirement. **Responsibilities** + Operate the press machine effectively. + Troubleshoot issues as needed without the need for initial setup. + Load parts, set measurements, and start the press process. + Prepare finished products and place them on pallets for shipping. + Track work orders and maintain organization. + Inspect parts for quality assurance. + Utilize forklift experience to drive the pull truck or 'carpet puller'. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and machine operation. + Ability to operate a sit-down forklift. + Proficiency in using tape measures and mechanically inclined. + Strong attention to detail and quality checks. + Experience in assembly and printing is preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in direct printing is desired. + Ability to perform color matching. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement. The weekend shift includes a $2 shift differential. Breaks include two 10-minute breaks and one 20-minute unpaid lunch. The facility is not fully temperature-controlled but remains within comfortable limits. The dress code requires steel-toed or composite shoes, pants, and a t-shirt. Shorts are permissible if not too revealing, excluding basketball shorts and spaghetti straps. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
