**Production Operator (3-Day Workweek – 12-Hour Shifts)** 📍 Rockford, TN **Pay Rate:** $22.00/hr **Schedule:** Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (3/12s) **Job Description** We are seeking a **Production Operator** with a strong manufacturing background to join our team. In this role, you will operate automated equipment, follow detailed process instructions, and support production goals in a safe and efficient manner. **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor automated equipment. + Perform surface preparation tasks including remelt processing, slab evaluation, pixel debond, CO₂/ultrasonic cleaning, anneal, palletizing, etching, PCAT, and pixel sorting. + Conduct equipment checks and ensure machines are functioning properly. + Accurately document production data in systems. + Communicate production requirements across shifts. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Adhere to safety protocols, PPE usage, and company procedures. **Requirements** + Previous **manufacturing or production experience required** . + COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted where applicable) + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. + Familiarity with PPE and safe handling of chemicals (MSDS knowledge preferred). + Willingness to work a 12-hour weekend shift schedule. **Benefits** + **Weekly pay** + **Medical, dental, and vision insurance** + **401(k) retirement plan** + **Referral bonus program** If this role interests you and you'd like to learn more, click **'Apply Now'** and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
