Ideal candidates will have experience with live tooling and tight tolerances of ±0.0002. Responsibilities: + Full machine setups and operation + Troubleshooting and precision adjustments + Blueprint interpretation + Production runs from 100 to 5,000 parts Qualifications: + 2+ years in aerospace or medical machining + Experience with live tooling/multi-axis equipment + Strong CNC programming and tooling knowledge **🛠️ CNC Lathe Machinist – Key Details** Operate advanced lathes including Nakamura, Puma, and Doosan—many with dual spindles and twin turrets. Precision and problem-solving are key. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%) - 2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that - Average tenure is 10+ years - 12% shift differential - Life Insurance - Health, dental, vision, etc...
