The Website Strategist will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing strategies for our dynamic brand site, UWM.com, to drive business value for our clients and align with UWM’s goals.
In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, development and analytics teams to understand rapidly evolving business priorities and align website strategies accordingly. You’ll strengthen user engagement as well as ensure the site is compliant and implement best practices.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGWhat You Will Be Doing:
Developing comprehensive website strategies that align with team and company goals, ensuring significant impact on overall objectives Regularly evaluating client needs and expectations, competitor sites, site performance, content structure and usage, to provide actionable insights and identify new opportunities to strengthen user engagementAnalyzing data and website trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for applying new and enhanced product and service offerings to our content ecosystemTransforming and executing recommendations, and continuously optimizing solutions based on website performance and data analysisAutonomously managing and spearheading projects, crafting creative briefs and collaborating with cross-functional teams — including digital, creative, sales, and technology — to ensure successful delivery of website updates and enhancementsDirecting and deploying site updatesActing as brand website subject matter expert (SME) on site platforms, capabilities and performance to find efficiencies, ensure compliance, and implement best practices WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUWhat We Need From You:
Bachelor’s degree or greater3+ years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on brand, website or content strategy is requiredStrong understanding of B2B customer journeys and content’s role in driving audiences through the marketing funnelAbility to interpret and translate data sets (i.e., audience analytics or website performance) into actionable content strategies and tacticsAbility to write compelling creative briefs and develop contentExcellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCurious, positive, collaborative and solution-focusedHands-on experience in publishing tools, CMS systems and/or web development or deployment THE PLACE & THE PERKSReady to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
