If you’re excited by ambitious goals, open to learning quickly and enjoy collaborating with a team that moves at pace, you’ll fit right in. **What will you bring?** We are looking for a Web Performance and Optimisation Specialist to play a key role in supporting the delivery of our digital marketing and web optimisation activities on unum.co.uk. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, requiring strong technical skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: • Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic performance. • Assist with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives to enhance user engagement and conversions. • Maintain and update website content to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and brand standards. • Assist the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and digital marketing agency with the definition and implementation of a revised information architecture for unum.co.uk to provide an optimal user experience while delivering against business objectives. • Support day-to-day updates and maintenance of unum.co.uk to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Monitor website performance and conduct research activities to identify improvement opportunities. • Follow best practices and implement recommended enhancements to improve user journeys. • Support backlog and sprint planning in line with marketing objectives while ensuring adherence to WCAG AA accessibility standards. Skills & Experience: • Strong technical skills with a focus on execution and attention to detail. • Experience in website content management and implementing SEO best practices. • Exposure or experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Kontent.AI) is advantageous.
