We are looking for a Web Developer / Digital Expert – Employer Branding to join our Global Talent Attraction team. This person will be responsible for managing and optimizing our career site as the central hub for talent engagement. Will combine technical expertise in CMS, SEO, UX/UI, and analytics with an understanding of employer branding to deliver a seamless, engaging, and high-performing candidate experience. 

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, data-driven, and creative, with 2–5 years of experience in web development, digital marketing, or career site management.

They should have strong skills in website optimization, reporting, and digital platforms, and be comfortable collaborating with HR, Marketing, and IT teams to enhance our global employer brand presence continuously

About the Role:

While the external job posting will carry the title Web Developer – Employer Branding (to maximize market visibility & alignment with industry-specific nomenclature for Designation), the internal designation for this role will be Digital Expert – Talent Attraction, as part of the Global Employer Branding team.

This small but mighty team is growing. We are responsible for the Employer Brand of MDLZ and have three functions: create and maintain the brand, support our business units with quality support, service and tools and create inspiring global campaigns to raise awareness and create interest with quality candidates.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing our career site for performance and engagement. You'll leverage your strong understanding of SEO principles and content management systems (CMS) to maximize organic traffic and ensure a seamless user experience.

Ultimately, you'll play a vital role in building a data-driven and technologically advanced employer branding strategy.

Career Site Management & Optimization:

Manage and optimize the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our career site to attract and engage job seekers.

Implement A/B testing and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement and increase conversion rates (applications).

Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure the career site is technically sound and aligned with overall branding.

Ensure the career site content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with our employer brand messaging.

Manage the requests for content creation such as landing pages and blogs.

AI Chatbot Visibility Optimization:

Research and implement strategies to optimize content for increased visibility in AI chatbot search results (e.g., using question-based keywords, providing concise answers, structuring information clearly).

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in AI-powered search.

Papirfly Platform Management:

Become the subject matter expert (SME) for our Papirfly platform, ensuring its effective use for creating and distributing branded employer branding materials.

Train and support internal teams on using Papirfly to create consistent and high-quality content.

Optimize Papirfly templates and workflows to streamline content creation and distribution.

Sprinklr Platform Optimization & Management:

Design, build, and maintain insightful dashboards in Sprinklr to track key employer branding metrics (e.g., brand sentiment, employee advocacy, competitive analysis).

Analyze Sprinklr data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve our employer branding efforts.

Become the internal expert on Sprinklr's capabilities and best practices for employer branding.

Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams on how to effectively use Sprinklr to monitor brand sentiment, engage with content, and identify potential brand ambassadors.

Work with the Sprinklr support team to troubleshoot issues and implement updates.

Digital Experience Strategy & Innovation:

Develop and implement a digital experience strategy that aligns with our employer branding goals.

Stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends and technologies and identify opportunities to innovate our digital presence.

Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the digital experience.

Work with internal teams to integrate employer branding into all relevant digital touchpoints.

Internal Team Empowerment:

Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams on how to effectively leverage our digital tools and strategies to promote our employer brand.

Provide guidance and support to internal teams on using Papirfly, Sprinklr, and other digital tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile – Web Developer / Digital Expert (Employer Branding)

Education: 

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Digital Media, or Marketing. 

Certifications in SEO, UX/UI, or CMS platforms are a plus. 

Experience:

2–5 years in web development, career site management, or digital marketing.

Highly preferred to have Hands-on with CMS platforms (Phenom, Workday, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, AEM).

Exposure to SEO, UX/UI, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprinklr). 

Experience in e-commerce, digital agencies, HR tech, or corporate branding preferred.

Sweet Spot:

A tech-savvy web professional with CMS and analytics expertise who understands digital talent attraction and can collaborate with branding/HR teams.
