Responsibilities

The Web Developer supports the Sponsor’s initiative to create a marketing strategy and organizational brand that better communicates the service offerings across the IC. The Web Developer also supports a Sponsor-led team focusing on formalizing customer outreach and communication, identifying growth opportunities, and assessing department impact.

Develop a new Sponsor website design for Talk-about and SharePoint sitesDesign includes a development, testing, and implementatio plans in compliance with the Sponsor technical standards and policies and the latest User Experience and Accessibility standards, and aligns with the Sponsor’s Customer Engagement StrategyCreate metrics functions for monitoring and collecting data regarding usage and performanceCreate an implementation plan for the new website including the retirement of the current websiteDeliver and maintain website on multiple platformsMeet regularly with stakeholders and managers to review business and functional requirements and to determine project scopes and specificationsMake small edits requested by customers and develop plans for completing larger updates
Qualifications

Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with PolygraphA bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or computer engineeringBS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5 Five (5) years of experience in website developmentStrong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsHigh level of creativity and innovative design skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently or collaboratively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExperience in planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations
