Contribute directly to the client experience by preparing fully compliant new‑business cases Work closely with Private Wealth Managers and internal stakeholders across a fast‑paced, client‑centric environment Engage with high‑net‑worth clients and leading industry providers Be part of a team that values professionalism, accuracy, and strong client relationships What you will be doing: Manage the full client onboarding & FICA verification process Generate provider quotes, investment proposals, and risk proposals Handle end‑to‑end case management: Prepare internal and provider documentation Upload signed documents to internal CRM/platforms Implement transactions for both new and existing clients Maintain high‑quality record keeping and ensure full compliance on all cases Draft and send client and provider correspondence Process servicing transactions, including: Switches and fund selections Risk servicing Debit order amendments Withdrawals and additional contributions Resolve ad‑hoc client queries (beneficiary changes, personal detail updates) Liaise with internal stakeholders (Wealth Managers, Compliance, Managers) and external parties (clients, providers, broker consultants) What we are looking for: Minimum 3 years’ paraplanning or case‑preparation experience Strong understanding of Record of Advice, Financial Needs Analysis & regulatory compliance Solid financial services product knowledge Matric + RE5 Computer literacy and excellent written/verbal communication skills Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines in a high‑pressure environment Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and client‑centric mindset High resilience, professionalism, and proactive problem‑solving capabilities 5+ years’ experience in case preparation Exposure to Elite system (advantageous) Wealth Management qualification (NQF 5/6, 120 credits) or CFP advantageous Benefits and unique aspects: High exposure to private wealth and complex client portfolios Opportunity to build strong technical expertise in financial planning processes Collaborative role with both operational and client‑facing interactions Fast‑paced environment ideal for individuals who enjoy structured, compliance‑focused workIf you haven’t heard back from us within two weeks of submitting your application, unfortunately your application has not been successful this time.
