The approximate date of this internship is May/June 2026 to December 2026 and will be located in Orlando, FL.
What You Will Do
We are looking for a Graphic Design intern who will work with the team that develops creative information design presentations, signage and show graphics to help sell the ideas and tell the stories throughout the Disney Parks and Resorts! As an intern on the team, you will have the opportunity to:
Build information design presentations that support various phases of a creative idea or projectProvide support to various Environmental Graphic design projects by assisting in project design development and technical documentationPrepare Signage design information and documentationProvide design documentation in the form of illustration, photographs, scaled images, graphics and research on assigned projectsRequired Qualifications & Skills
Experience with thoughtful design, artistic skills and professional judgment in solving graphics and signage design challenges that will live in our Theme Parks, Resorts and ShipsStrong skills with design and illustration tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Sketch-up and MS Office SuiteExperience using KeynoteValid Driver’s License Required.Preferred Qualifications
Minimum one year experience in Graphic Design practice, or one or more years in a professional internship is preferredFamiliarity with Information Design and presentation decksFamiliarity with Environmental Graphic design, sign construction techniques, and related areas including architecture, interior design and landscape designFamiliarity with video editing and video editing programs including After Effects and/or Premier3D modelling experience with programs such as Rhino, Revit, Maya, and/or ZBrushPrior Disney experience and knowledgeMembership in Society of Environmental Graphic DesignMaterials Required

Currently enrolled as a Junior or higher attending an accredited college/university earning a degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Graphic Arts, Graphic Communications, Production Design, or related visual art fieldEligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.Additional Information
