Wave Operator

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wave Solder Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating an ERSA Wave Solder Machine and working in the PCB manufacturing industry. This role includes inspecting through-hole components post-soldering and operating a wash machine. While training will be provided, prior experience is essential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Operate ERSA Wave Solder Machine to solder electronic components onto PCBs.
+ Inspect through-hole components for quality and compliance.
+ Operate and train on wash machine procedures.
+ Follow Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and safety protocols.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production.

**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience with ERSA Wave Solder Machine.
+ Experience in PCB manufacturing and through-hole inspection.
+ Ability to read and follow MPI and safety documentation.
+ Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.
+ Willingness to train on wash machine operations.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
