We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Federal Project Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for one of the largest healthcare providers globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale federal projects and delivering successful EHR deployments. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative project and make a significant impact on the healthcare industry. Determine scope of work for interfaces and other deployment activities. Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Develop and systematically evaluate alternative course of actions to identify solutions if barriers arise. Present progress and course of actions to gain consensus from all stakeholders in a timely manner. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.
