**Job Title: Painter** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of painting materials and techniques, and will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces according to instructions while adhering to health and safety precautions. **Responsibilities** + Read job scopes and work order instructions to assess necessary work. + Make on-site preparations including building scaffolding and covering fixtures. + Prepare walls and surfaces by scraping, pressure washing, and removing old paint. + Fill cracks and holes with appropriate materials. + Paint surfaces using various tools as per instructions. + Adhere to all health and safety precautions during the painting process. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience as a painter. + Excellent knowledge of painting materials and application techniques. + Solid understanding of commercial and construction painting techniques. + Aptitude in using tools such as brushes, caulking guns, and airless sprayers. + Good basic math skills. + Manual dexterity and excellent balance for working on scaffolding and ladders. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Conscientious with great attention to detail. + Driver's License is highly desired. + Experience in roofing, construction, concrete, waterproofing, and general labor. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy benefits such as a 401k plan and insurance.
