Herkules USA Corporation is a leading international machine manufacturer specializing in the building and remanufacturing of machine tools used in the aluminum, steel, and paper industries. **Job Description:** + Setup, program and operate waterjet. + Produce parts and components to meet production times and engineering specifications **Qualifications:** + Creating and modifying CNC programs based on blueprints, CAD drawings, and customer specifications + Preparing the waterjet machine for operation, including adjusting pressure, abrasive flow and nozzle settings + Reliable, self-motivated, individual with a positive attitude, good work ethics and ability to follow instructions + At least 1 year experience working in a machine shop environment + Performing routine maintenance on the waterjet machine to ensure optimal performance and addressing any issues that may arise + Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures related to waterjet operation + Lifting up to 40 pounds + Perform as a productive and cooperative member of a team or independently **Benefits:** + Competitive salary based on experience and abilities. + Full-time position (40+ hours per week) with excellent job security. + Safe and clean work environment. + 10 paid holidays per year, in addition to paid vacation time. + Comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance,401k match, life insurance, and disability insurance. + Relocation support may be provided for qualified candidates willing to relocate.
