GFT is seeking a Water/Wastewater Treatment Process Engineer to join our Water team in either Toronto, Mississauga or Ottawa ON. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at our Toronto, Mississauga or Ottawa office.

What you'll be challenged to do:
Liaise with clients, municipalities, and other agencies to secure approvals.Assist developing and managing project scope, budget, staffing and schedule.Prepare contract documents for construction (i.e. engineering drawings and specifications).May conduct construction inspection services and construction administration.May provide services during construction that can include submittal reviews, responses to requests for information and contract document clarifications.Participate in constructability review.Conduct quality assurance and quality control on projects.Mentor recently hired junior team members on the various facets of municipal infrastructure design.Prepare portions of engineering project proposals, change orders, client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects.Complete tasks accurately and efficiently with minimum supervision.
What You will Bring to our firm:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil engineering.P.Eng. licensure with P.E.O.4 years of experience in the execution of water and wastewater infrastructure (sewer pumping stations, booster pumping stations, reservoir and elevated tanks and water and wastewater treatment plants) projects.What we prefer you bring

The salary range for this position is $86,000.00 - $126,000.00 dependent upon experience and geographic location.
