Job Title: Water Treatment Operator

Location: Fort Lupton, CO

Schedule: 60-85 hours per week - MUST be willing to work overtime

Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour

Shift:

Night Shift - 6pm to 6am

Day Shift - 6am to 6pm

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE


Position Overview

Join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting water treatment operations for frac sites across Colorado. As a Water Treatment Operator, you’ll be responsible for transporting, treating, and monitoring water using advanced equipment and technology. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a background in labor-intensive industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor water treatment systems using tablets and iPads.Set up and maintain poly pipe, lay flat hose, pumps, and generators.Collect and test water samples; record and analyze data.Safely handle chemicals and assist with spill containment and cleanup.Communicate effectively with team members via radios and hand signals.Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.Participate in daily safety briefings and crew planning sessions.Qualifications

Essential Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude.Ability to work in physically demanding environments.Experience in construction, general labor, mechanical, or chemical fields.

Preferred Background:

Agriculture, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse experience.Work EnvironmentReport daily to the shop for safety meetings and crew assignments.Work outdoors on pads or along right-of-ways (ROW).Shifts start at 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM and typically last 14+ hours.Why Join Us?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
