The Role:

 

To provide a first-class support service to shop teams, donors, & customers by responding to & resolving enquiries, complaints & issues that arise in relation to waste & recycling activities for the Retail Network. To monitor & report on SLAs and KPIs & seek opportunities using information from a variety of sources to improve overall service experience, manage efficiencies & support reduction of costs. To be a first point of contact & liaison point between parties & our contractors & to support Oxfam’s contract “owners” by providing relevant management information as required for ongoing contract management & review meetings (which they will also attend). To provide an initial point of contact for the shop network with queries regarding other waste streams including hazardous waste.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

 

Strong understanding of customer service requirements Excellent written, listening & verbal communication skills Ability to build confidence, rapport, respect & understanding through a variety of communication mechanisms Strong IT knowledge & use of excel & reporting systems Strong IT/database/technology skills and ability to use initiative to learn new skills & self-teach in a rapidly changing communications environment Ability to interpret and use significant quantities of information with proven time management, organisational skills, flexibility, & attention to detail Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment of changing priorities – achieving both quality & response time targets. Ability to work closely with others as part of a team, briefing & supporting other team members
