Washout Laborer
**Job Title: Washout Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Washout Labor with a minimum of 6 months experience in the oil and gas industry. This position requires working night shifts, with a 12-hour schedule from 7pm to 7am, on a rotation of 4 days on and 4 days off. **Responsibilities** **Description** **:** + Pressure washing inside water trucks. Mixtures in trucks can include oil, dirty water, oil-based mud, concrete with brine water. + Must be able to work in confined spaces for long periods of time.Some trucks can take over 1 hour to complete. + Must be able to enter trucks using manhole located on the rear or top of trucks. Must be able to navigate through confined space baffles inside truck. + No previous experience required but preferred. Select will train you on all necessary job tasks + Other job tasks include shoveling, squeegeeing, cleaning, vacuuming waste through trucks. + This job is outdoors, and washouts are NOT climate controlled. Bring appropriate layers or change of clothes under FR jumpsuits. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General labor experience in oil and gas, construction, or a related field. + Familiarity with tank cleaning and confined spaces. + Experience as an equipment operator or yard worker is a plus. + High school diploma or GED equivalent required. + Experience in the energy or construction industry is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where you can grow your skills in the oil and gas industry. Employees must be prepared for physical work, including wearing steel-toed boots, jeans, and work shirts. The position does not provide hotel accommodations for orientation or daily work. Training includes shadowing a lead operator for the first week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Cambridge, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
